Over time it can build resilience in the individual, and contribute to workplace harmony and productivity. 

Meditation provides practical strategies for participants to understand how the mind works, learn to manage conflict and stress, and enhance well-being.

Staff can meditate in their work clothes and sit in chairs.

We’ll need a quiet room (Staff room or Board room)
